These rules describe data processing through the form and technical services used by the site.
Data controller

Contact form
We process your name, email, optional company, selected topic, message, source page and consent version to reply and prepare potential cooperation. Do not send customer data, passwords or confidential files.
Providers and processing
Cloudflare Pages, Turnstile and D1 provide hosting, form protection and secure enquiry storage. Resend handles email notifications and confirmations.
Retention
Form enquiries are deleted after 90 days by default, unless further retention follows from a business relationship, legal duty or agreement.
Website chat
Donkey Support provides the chat widget. It connects to the provider and stores a visitor ID in localStorage and conversation state in sessionStorage to maintain conversation continuity. Messages and details you enter are sent to Donkey Support and, when connected, to the selected Discord support channel so we can reply. Do not send passwords or confidential files through chat. Analytics
The site counts page views, link clicks, form starts, submission attempts, errors, saved enquiries and rejected submissions. Cloudflare D1 stores daily aggregate counts by page, link destination, approximate connection country and estimated bot classification. Analytics does not store IP addresses, visitor identifiers, cookies, query strings or form field values. Reports cover 90 days; expired counters are deleted when new events are recorded. Measurement respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Separate Cloudflare infrastructure statistics may also include traffic not measured by the browser.

Cookies
The site does not install advertising or profiling trackers. Turnstile may use technical mechanisms needed to protect the form.
